Failure to honor 1 hour commitment may result in 2 invoices, one from backhauler.comŽ and one from your other transportation provider and you are obligated to pay both.
At anytime before the end of 1 hour, a backhauler expert will inform you of their booking process. If there will not be a successful booking, you may resubmit the same load at a slightly higher rate, or default to other transportation resources and cancel your posting without financial obligation of any kind.
Carrier Information Exchange, Inc. (CIE), a licensed transportation broker, finds you a backhauler truck for your load. Only DOT authorized and insured trucking companies are utilized to move your freight.
