4. Payment Policy –
the attendee is expected to pay ˝ of the total fee upon booking the course; the balance is dueon the first day of the course or earlier. Upon the booking the study materials are sent to the attendee. The attendee is
expected to have the study material read before the first day of the lecture.
Refund Policy:
A. The applicant may cancel this contract and receive a full refund of all monies paid to date if cancellation is
made in writing to John Dwinell and mailed/delivered to the institution at the address stated herein within
three (3) business days after the date of the signature.
B. The applicant may cancel up to 30 days before attending the seminar and the tuition deposit will be refunded
if the attendee does not wish to reschedule to a future seminar.
C. There is no refund for the study materials under any circumstances.
D. The applicant may reschedule to a future seminar date, if the rescheduling is done within 21 to 30 days of
the booked seminar.
E. If the attendee cancels within 21 to 30 days of the seminar and does not reschedule to a future seminar, the
deposit is forfeited.
F.
If the attendee reschedules to future seminars more than twice the deposit is forfeited.G.
There is no refund once the seminar starts.5. General Information

6. Disclaimer:
A. Broker Office Training is designed for individuals and companies who are starting up a trucking and/or trucking & brokerage
company. Broker office training is a training process limited to imparting 22 years of transportation and brokering experience of
the Author David G. Dwinell. The experience and information illustrated in any training process is limited to $75,000,000 in
freight and over 75,000 loads moved by his on-going brokerage business. Mr. Dwinell’s business has been in continuous
operation since 1981, and there has never been a claim against his Surety Bond, nor has he failed to pay a carrier on time. No
warranty of success is expressed or implied by David G. Dwinell in the offer to train. Attendee(s) is responsible for their own
expenses of their business start-up and any success or profit in their own business.
B. Attendees are aware that they are responsible for their own success at finding and retaining shipper clientele with interest in
having attendees’ brokerage move their freight. An Agency in backhauler.com is no guarantee of success, as this web process is
designed to supplement Attendees own shipper development campaign.
C. I, the undersigned attendee, understand the limitations of the training process as defined and accept my responsibilities for
future success of my transportation and brokering businesses. It is my responsibility to retain and reference all training materials
and information provided.
D. Attendee(s) must sign this disclaimer to be accepted for training by Broker Office Training
.E.
Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert againstthe seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof. Recovery hereunder by the debtor
shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor.
7. STUDENT GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE:
1. Student must file notification of a grievance, in writing, with David G. Dwinell @ PO Box 296, Youngtown, AZ 85363.
2. State the nature of the dispute including the facts of our failure to deliver and the dates of the seminar.
3. State the nature of the relief being sought.
4. David will investigate and respond in writing within 15 days.
5. If the complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the institution’s grievance procedure, the student may file a complaint
with the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. The student must contact the State Board for further details.
6. The Grievance Procedure will be incorporated with the Student Enrollment Form and the BOT catalog as well as
posted at the seminar locations and on the website.
